We booked through ******* and are hoping for a refund, otherwise we will take it up with visa. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The photos are from the previous owners and do not at all reflect current state of hotel. Bedbugs, mold, filth, just awful. We checked in and didn’t even stay one of our three nights. If we do not get a refund through ******* I will not stop until the owners refund me directly. Truly terrible.

Disgusting Dirty Dump. Walked in and left and was refused a refund. Had to leave straight away my daughter was crying. Rats outside/mice inside. Sheets covered in urine stains bath was Disgusting, pillows I cannot even explain. We didn't stay. Carpets stunk. Refuse to refund even with proof of another stay. You have to use the emergency door for entering no key necessary. Would recommend to the homeless as anyone can enter. Will be reporting to health and safety Total scam as you pay before you arrive. Nasty place and the mattresses that are full of stains have no use left in them. Disgusting

The owners were welcoming and showed us to our room. There was no TV on the wall but we had a remote control. The room was clean and comfortable, tea and coffee making facilities and shampoo and hand soap in the bathroom. The shower was lovely. No hairdryer though. Breakfast was cereal, fruit, yoghurt and croissants and toast, but you could have a hot fried breakfast for an extra cost. We stayed two nights but no-one came in to replace towels or empty bins and make the bed while we were out. The cost of the room was reasonable and the location was good. With a bit of time and money spent on the place it will be a great place to stay in future.

avoid.. not recommend
room is quite noisy with poor sound insulation, breakfast is only offer cold food, if you would like hot food and need to pay extra, and charge extra for late check in.
